Our products are fully custom product. We manufacture the item every time a buyer ordering a product. We have 1 (one) day cooling period after purchasing before the item is processed. During cooling period, buyer can change the product type or cancel a purchase agreement for a full refund. Please carefully choose the correct type of the case for your phone. We can not receive exchange or refund if it is mistake by buyer (eg: wrongly choose case type, material, color or design) after the cooling period.
If in case the item is broken, defect or faulty, please contact us for asking return immediately. The product can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Make sure the purchased item is in an unused shape before being returned.
If you received the item is faulty or incorrect, please immediately contact us with quoting your order reference number. Please always contact us BEFORE you decide to ship your item back to us.
Keep in mind that the photo displayed in listing may not exactly same with the item because of difference when the item taken by photography.
